Effective Date: 2026-04-20
This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with OpStack, Inc. (Opstack AI)
1. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of personal information or account-related data associated with OpStack AI, email us at:
info@opstack.ai
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account and process your request, such as:
your full name
your company name
the email address associated with the account
the relevant business location, brand, or account identifier
the platform or integration involved, if applicable
a description of the data you want deleted
2. If the Data Belongs to One of Our Customers
OpStack AI is a business-to-business platform. In many cases, we process data on behalf of our business customers, such as franchise systems, multi-location businesses, operators, or brands.
If the data you want deleted was submitted to or processed through OpStack AI by one of our customers, we may:
direct you to contact that customer directly
forward your request to that customer
work with that customer to process the request, where appropriate
This is because, in many cases, the customer is the party that controls the account and determines how the data is used.
3. Meta / Facebook / Instagram Data Deletion
If your request relates to data associated with a Meta, Facebook, or Instagram-connected integration, you may submit your request to:
info@opstack.ai
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, user, page, business, or integration. If OpStack AI processes that data on behalf of a customer, we may route the request to that customer or coordinate with that customer in responding.
4. What Happens After We Receive a Request
After receiving a deletion request, we may:
ask for additional information to verify the request
confirm whether OpStack AI is the correct party to handle the request
determine whether we process the data for our own business purposes or on behalf of a customer
process, deny, or limit the request where permitted or required by law
retain certain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, maintain security, or keep required business records
5. What Deletion May Mean
Depending on the request and the role OpStack AI plays with respect to the data, deletion may include:
deleting account-level personal information
deleting or de-identifying certain records
removing connected integration data where feasible
deleting support or contact records where allowed
deleting or anonymizing stored content, communications records, or related data, subject to legal and operational limitations
Some information may remain in backups, logs, legal records, fraud-prevention records, or other retained systems for a limited period as permitted by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes.
6. Timing
We will respond to deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable law, where such law applies. Timing may vary depending on:
the nature of the request
whether OpStack AI is acting on its own behalf or on behalf of a customer
whether verification is needed
legal or technical limitations
