This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to your access to and use of the website located at www.opstack.ai, and any related software, applications, platform features, dashboards, APIs, integrations, messaging tools, social media tools, analytics tools, automations, AI features, and related services provided by Opstack, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as OpStack AI (“OpStack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy supplements the OpStack Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreement between you and OpStack. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Purpose

OpStack provides business software and workflow tools for business customers. This Policy is designed to protect the Services, our customers, end users, third-party platforms, and the public from misuse, abuse, unlawful conduct, security threats, and harmful or deceptive practices.

2. General Rule

You may use the Services only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate business purposes and only in a manner consistent with:

  • this Policy

  • the OpStack Terms of Service

  • applicable laws, rules, and regulations

  • third-party platform, carrier, and integration requirements

  • any written agreement between you and OpStack

You are responsible for the conduct of your employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, franchisees, operators, subsidiaries, and authorized users.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services, or permit others to use the Services, to do any of the following:

A. Unlawful or unauthorized conduct

  • violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental requirement

  • violate any third-party right, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights

  • use the Services in a manner that requires a license, registration, filing, disclosure, or consent that you do not have

B. Spam, deceptive messaging, or abusive communications

  • send spam, junk messages, or unwanted communications

  • send deceptive, misleading, false, fraudulent, or impersonating communications

  • send communications without legally required notice, consent, or opt-in

  • ignore opt-outs, unsubscribe requests, revocations of consent, or do-not-call requests

  • use the Services to facilitate illegal telemarketing, unlawful review solicitation, or deceptive promotions

  • send messages or initiate campaigns that violate carrier rules, messaging-provider rules, platform policies, or anti-spam laws

C. Call recording and communications misuse

  • record, monitor, transcribe, or analyze calls or communications without any notice or consent required by applicable law

  • use communications features in a way that violates wiretap, privacy, telemarketing, or call recording laws

  • use fake, spoofed, misleading, or unauthorized sender identities

  • use the Services to support harassment, threats, stalking, extortion, or intimidation

D. Social media and publishing misuse

  • publish or schedule content you do not have the right to use

  • publish deceptive endorsements, undisclosed paid promotions, or unlawful advertising

  • violate the terms, rules, moderation standards, or policies of a connected social platform

  • publish harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content

  • use fake engagement, fake reviews, fake followers, or coordinated inauthentic behavior

E. Privacy and data misuse

  • upload, connect, or process data without a lawful basis or required permissions

  • use personal information in violation of privacy or data-protection laws

  • scrape, collect, export, or use data from the Services except as authorized

  • use the Services to unlawfully surveil individuals or infer sensitive information unlawfully

  • use data obtained through the Services for purposes not authorized by the relevant customer, end user, or applicable law

F. Security abuse

  • upload malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code

  • probe, scan, test, or attempt to bypass security controls without authorization

  • interfere with or disrupt the Services or any connected system

  • access or attempt to access accounts, credentials, data, or systems without authorization

  • engage in denial-of-service activity, traffic flooding, abusive automation, or other disruptive behavior

G. Platform misuse and competitive misuse

  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except where prohibited by law from restricting that right

  • resell, sublicense, lease, or exploit the Services except as expressly authorized in writing

  • use the Services to build or train a competing product or service

  • benchmark, copy, or analyze the Services for competitive purposes without prior written consent

  • circumvent plan limits, usage limits, account restrictions, or technical controls

H. Harmful or illegal content

You may not use the Services to create, process, publish, store, transmit, or promote content that is:

  • unlawful

  • threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory

  • defamatory or knowingly false

  • sexually exploitative

  • violent or promoting violence

  • invasive of privacy

  • infringing on intellectual property rights

  • fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading

  • intended to facilitate illegal activity

4. AI and Automation Restrictions

If you use AI-enabled or automated features, you may not:

  • use AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions in employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare diagnosis, legal determinations, or similarly high-risk contexts

  • use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or harmful content

  • use AI features to impersonate another person or entity in a misleading way

  • rely on AI-generated content as legal, compliance, HR, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice

  • use prompts or instructions designed to evade safety controls, misuse the Services, or generate prohibited content

  • use automated workflows or AI-generated outputs in a way that violates consent, privacy, or communications laws

5. Reviews, Reputation, and Listing Integrity

You may not use the Services to:

  • generate fake reviews

  • submit reviews on behalf of people who did not actually leave them

  • offer unlawful incentives for reviews

  • suppress, alter, manipulate, or misrepresent reviews in a misleading way

  • misrepresent listing information, business identity, location information, or account ownership

  • violate review platform rules or listing platform requirements

6. Fair and Responsible Use

You must use the Services in a way that does not create unreasonable load, degradation, abuse, or risk to OpStack, other customers, connected providers, or third-party platforms.

We may impose usage controls, rate limits, feature restrictions, temporary suspensions, or other protective measures if we believe your use is abusive, excessive, harmful, unlawful, or creates platform, carrier, infrastructure, or reputational risk.

7. Regulated and Restricted Activities

Unless expressly approved by OpStack in writing, you may not use the Services for:

  • illegal telemarketing or mass unsolicited outreach

  • unlawful debt collection practices

  • illegal gambling or wagering

  • illegal financial scams or deceptive investment solicitations

  • unlawful adult services promotion

  • unlawful sale or promotion of prohibited or controlled products

  • unlawful surveillance or tracking

  • any activity that exposes OpStack or its providers to heightened legal, carrier, platform, or compliance risk beyond ordinary commercial use

If you operate in a regulated industry, you remain solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Services is lawful and appropriate for your business.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Providers

Your use of the Services must comply with the rules, policies, technical limits, and contractual restrictions of all connected third-party platforms, carriers, review sites, messaging providers, social platforms, APIs, and integration partners.

OpStack may suspend or disable integrations, accounts, features, workflows, or access if needed to comply with third-party requirements or to reduce legal, operational, or platform risk.

9. Monitoring and Enforcement

OpStack may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may take any action we determine is appropriate, including:

  • issuing warnings

  • removing or disabling content

  • restricting features

  • rate limiting or blocking activity

  • suspending or terminating access

  • disabling integrations or campaigns

  • preserving records

  • reporting activity to customers, platforms, carriers, regulators, law enforcement, or other appropriate parties where permitted or required

OpStack is not obligated to monitor all use of the Services, but we reserve the right to do so for security, support, compliance, abuse-prevention, and enforcement purposes.

10. Customer Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for:

  • your data

  • your content

  • your campaigns

  • your communications

  • your recordings and transcripts

  • your automations

  • your social posts

  • your use of AI-enabled features

  • your compliance with applicable law and third-party requirements

Nothing in this Policy shifts your legal responsibilities to OpStack.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time by posting the updated version on our website and revising the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
